Retirement
Townsquare Media’s 401(k) plan through Fidelity Investments helps you save for retirement with convenient payroll deductions. The important thing is to start now and set aside what you can, even if it seems small.
You can contribute 1% to 60% of your eligible pay, as pretax and/or Roth contributions. Once you’re eligible, enroll, choose your investments and name your beneficiaries on Fidelity NetBenefits (also available as an app in office.com), or call Fidelity at 800-835-5095.
Who is Eligible for the 401(k)?
Full-time employees age 21 or older are eligible on the first of the month following two full months of employment.
Part-time employees are eligible on the first entry date after reaching age 21 and completing at least 1,000 hours of service in a 12-month period.
Rehired employees who already met the eligibility requirements can participate again after one hour of service.
How Do I Enroll in the 401(k)?
- Log in to office.com and open the Fidelity NetBenefits app (the first time, find it under “All Apps”), or go directly to 401k.com.
- If you haven’t logged in before, select “Register as a new user.”
- Choose your contribution percentage and investments, and name your beneficiaries.
