Townsquare Media provides First Stop Health to employees and dependents enrolled in a Cigna medical plan. Get care by phone or video, with a $0 copay:

• Urgent care: talk to a provider in minutes about sinus issues, UTIs, cold and flu, skin rashes and more. Available for all ages.
• Prevention and wellness: a $0 preventive care visit and a personalized plan to stay healthy.
• Mental healthcare: confidential support from a therapist, mental health coach or primary care doctor.
• Health management: support managing diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, COPD and more.
• Referrals and tests: providers can order labs and screenings and refer you to in-network specialists.

First Stop Health is not a health plan. Members under 18 can use 24/7 virtual urgent care only. Providers do not prescribe controlled substances, and your medical plan’s costs may apply for prescriptions, labs and other services outside First Stop Health.
